At its core is Data Cloud, which ensures the AI’s effectiveness hinges on the quality of the data it utilizes.

Atlas operates through a unique system that mimics human thinking and strategic planning.

It develops a plan based on the user’s queries and goals, continuously evaluating and refining its approach. If necessary, it gathers additional data to maintain accuracy. When it’s time to take action, Atlas identifies the appropriate business process, such as workflows, and connects with customers or employees through their preferred communication channels. Agentforce employs advanced reasoning to autonomously make decisions, execute business tasks, and provide accurate, reliable results—all without needing human intervention

The Atlas Reasoning Engine is a proprietary system designed to mimic human thinking and planning. Here’s how it works in more detail:

Introducing Agentforce Studio

The latest addition to Salesforce’s low-code toolset, Agent Builder, joins Prompt Builder and Model Builder to create the Agentforce Studio (formerly known as Copilot Studio). 

Prompt Builder allows users to design prompt templates, choose how to connect them to Salesforce data, and easily activate them for user access. 

Model Builder enables users to train AI models or integrate their own, bringing custom AI into the platform.

What is Agentforce Partner Network?

Salesforce also introduced the world’s first open AI agent ecosystem: the Agentforce Partner Network. The new Agentforce Partner Network also allows organizations to deploy pre-built agents and leverage actions from top partners like Amazon Web Services, Google, IBM, and Workday.

Salesforce highlighted that, unlike typical chatbots, AI agents built with Agentforce are designed to work independently.
