My organization hired V2Force to help us integrate data from 2 systems with Salesforce, our billing system and our location mapping system which are separate databases that funnel data into a data warehouse. The data in those systems are populated from records in Salesforce through manual data entry in other platforms.
We needed this information to come back into Salesforce and update sales records going forward and back 10 years to streamline sales operations and drive a custom report providing leadership a 360-degree view of each market.
Due to predefined budget constraints we opted for a custom coded report and a 3rd part ETL tool for this solution. V2Force helped us identify the most cost-effective process out of range of options.
